SHIPPING & RETURNS
For every item we have a small stock available at a time in order to avoid overproduction. When an item has run out we will refill our stock in accordance to the demand. If an item is out of stock feel free to message firstname.lastname@example.org with an inquiry and we will let you know when it is back in stock.
When you have ordered an item you will be informed by e-mail when your order has been shipped.
All deliveries within Sweden are free of charge.
If the order is to be shipped outside of Sweden please expect a longer time of delivery. JORDESTAN is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may occur upon entering your country.
All international orders will have an additional shipping fee of 150 SEK.
Returns & Fixes
Before you send anything back you must notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In your message please include: your order number, name, adress and the item you wish to return. This information should be clearly stated.
All returns should be done immediately and at the absolute latest within 14 days after your item has been delivered to you.
You are responsible for the shipping, delivery and condition of the items upon return. All products should be returned in the same condition and well packaged. If the product is used or damaged JORDESTAN reserve the right to deduct an amount of the refund corresponding to the decrease of value of the original product.
Is your item defect upon arrival?
If your item is defect upon arrival we will happily offer to fix the garment for you free of charge. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition to the information above (order number, name, adress and the item you will send back) please inform us of the error you want to be fixed.
